"Wow" pretty much sums it up. http://www.carspyshots.net/zerothread?id=14500 - It looks strange in red, but check this, this, and this. It looks so much better in the black. Downright vicious, in my opinion. The front still looks a bit strange, but with the black paint... mmmm. I think the Tundra may just have a competitor for what vehicle I'll decide to make my second car. I think Chrysler is going for the affordable muscle/family car with the SRT-8 and they've certainly sold me. 425hp, RWD of course, and some sort of manumatic transmission. Nice.

Man, when are you going to get the bucks for that ride? I'm guessing the 425hp is with the Hemi engine. And I agree, the black model looks awesome. And, Super, keep in mind that if you get a truck (the Tundra), you will be invited to help move everyone you know. It has happened to me many times.

Haha, I don't know where I'd get the dough for the Charger. I'd love to have a black one, though. And yes, the 425 is definitely with the Hemi. 6.1L, in fact, V8, of course. I did a little checking and I think the Charger is probably going to be out of my price range when it comes to getting a new car.
Yeah, that'd be the downside of the Tundra. Moving people, I mean. I love the way they look and I sat in one once and it was one of the few cars I've sat in and actually been comfortable. It's hard to find a car with enough leg room. Being 6'5" sucks sometimes. The upside of the Tundra, at least compared to the Charger is the price. A V6 RWD (as opposed to a V8 AWD) is just over $20k, I think. Assuming that I have a job at some point, heh, I don't think that's too outrageous for a new car. The like more than $30k for the Charger, on the other hand, probably is, unfortunately.

One thing to consider, if you can wait, is to buy your dream car used. We got the Vette when it was 3 years old and half the price of when it was new. Just an idea. Course, how many Chargers with the Hemi engine will people want to part with?

Yeah, definitely. Of course, I'll probably never get my dream car since that's a Vette, too. I remember having a little bit of a time fitting into your Vette the one time I rode in it. That and my other dream car is a Ferrari 360 and 1) I doubt I'd fit comfortably in it, 2) I'd never be able to afford it, 3) Ferraris aren't daily drivers.
I think I'm going to end up with a RWD V6 Tundra. That would satisfy me just fine and I know that I fit in those.

Just have to say... man, that looks nothing like what they drive in NASCAR. At least the Monte Carlo and the Taurus look somewhat similar to their street counterparts
Of course, I still like the concept Charger they used to have instead of the production model. But from those pics, it looks like they made improvements to the looks from what it used to look like... for the better

Definite improvements, that's for sure. The big Dodge grille actually looks pretty good on it, I think. One of those in the rear-view mirror would just look nasty. Especially if you could hear it. I'm sure that big V8 just sits there and gurgles.
