I slow down a few MPHs whenever someone flashes their lights at me.  And when I can move over safely, I do it so slowly just to hold them up even one second longer.  I'm trying to find something that says it's illegal but here's something I did find regarding a rant I posted earlier about four ways in the rain:

Oh, this stupid woman was so impatient the moment we were both clear of the semi she went into the right lane. Now if she had just waited a second, I would have gotten over there. But sometimes I love it when idiots do that only for me to get into the other lane right behind them showing them to be a little more patient. Happily for me she was stuck behind another semi passing a semi as I got onto my exit for Bowling Green.
