Don Knotts, Deputy Barney Fife, died yesterday at the age of 81.  Knotts was also known for his role at Ralph Furley in Three's Company.  He also appeared in quite a few of Disney's human comedy films ("Apple Dumpling" gang, etc.).

I always liked Don Knotts because he was an "aw shucks" kind of a guy.  And the fact that my father looks like him.  Don Knotts RIP - you will be missed.

Awwww. This just breaks my heart. I loved him so much on Three's Company and as Barney Fife thanks to TV Land. He's had some great cameos, too. RIP.
