January 8. They're doing the same thing as they did last year. Show two hours on Sunday, two more hours the following Monday and nothing but new 24 episodes on Mondays until May.

My intel says that it's January 15 for the first airing.
But my same intel has the two hours premiere on Sunday the 8th and then another two hours on Monday the 9th. And then hour five will be on the 16th. The fourth hour of this season will be the shows 100th episode no matter when it airs.
