Yeah, cords are now officially icky. They used to be a pain but with the coming of the Wavebird, they've become icky. Although I will give Microsoft credit: the cord on the Xbox controllers is pretty long.

I like how the Xbox controllers also have the breakaway cords. How many times have you had your system toppled onto the ground from some moron pulling too hard on a controller?

really cool lookin, i'd like to demo such a thing before actually buying it though. I'm testy with a gamecube controller as it is, being a ps2 guy, so id be interested to see how intuitive the play is.

Ya, I'm curious to see how well it works to actually play with the thing. It looks rather unwieldy. My guess is that while it's technically functional, it's more meant to be a display piece.
