I'm going to work this morning.  Yes, I'm kind of in a fog because of the early hour but I look up at the typical Georgia Bubba Truck in front of me waiting to get onto I85.  In true Southern "tradition", the back window is covered in sports decals.  The right third of the window has a huge HUSKERS decal.  I admit, I was slow.  I'm thinking "great, another freaking Husker fan".  Note that I have NEVER liked the Cornholers at all - I'm a Penn State fan IF I even take note of college football.

Then I did the Homer Simpson "DUH" smack on the head.  WTF is a Husker decal doing on a Georgia Bubba Truck?  The guy was in front of me for the trip down I85.  The entire decal read "Georgians for Nebraska Cornhuskers".  It was a professional decal and I'm wondering where the hell you can get something like that?  This guy was very serious and when I passed him (true relo guy as he wasn't even doing 80 on the interstate), he even had the Cornholers antenna ball.

I get enough of the dumb Georgia Tech versus UGA crap here.  Throw in Super's Clemson mania and now this.  I'm about ready to combuse and the season is just a few weeks old.

Ick on GA red.  Maybe if you said it was close to Maryland red, I could get with it.  If asked which GA team I root for, it would definitely not be The Dawgs.  Tech would be my answer.  Dawg fans are a bunch of idiots, akin to the Cornholer fans who live and die by that team, but have never walked on the campus.  And, don't get me wrong, I actually root for the Fuskers.  Just not a fanatic.  Course, I'm not a fanatic about any team.  When you graduate from a Division III school, it's hard to be that enthusiastic.
