true that, i'd go friggin crazy with the T-800, after spending $6K.  I'd wire it up and stick in a guestroom closet (which would appear to be locked).  In the middle of the night the door would open and the T-800 would slide out and its eyes would light up, and start making subtle sounds so as to gradually wake up the guests staying in that room, then all i'd have to do is listen for the screams...
