So, I got 6lbs of lasagna at Wal-Mart the other day.  I was going to cook it for lunch, but then I looked at the instructions and it required 1hr40mins+ to cook.  Ouch.  Not enough time in my lunch break to even get it halfway cooked, much less cooked and eaten.

So I cooked it tonight.  When it was done, I discoverd I had nothing to dish it out with.  So I have to eat 6 pounds of lasagna with a spoon.  John insisted I document the event and post on his forum.  So I did.  I decided to put a little music to one of the photos as well.

All gone.  It held up for a good 5 meals, though!  Yum.

And yes, I ate all 6 pounds of lasagna with a spoon.

6 lbs of Lasagna! that is insane!  Now if it was 6 lbs of Tamales, I could live with it.  I guess i like italian food, but not enough for 5 meals worth of lasagna
