http://www.goldeneyesource.comI've not read any of the page yet, but from what I can tell, this is a remake of GoldenEye 007 using Half-Life 2's Source engine. If this makes it, it should be awesome and makes the purchase of HL2 worth more than it already is. Man, I sure hope this comes to pass.

Agreed. This might be worth keeping an eye on. I was reading the AT thread where I saw the link posted and someone said that there was a GoldenEye mod for the original Half-Life, but it sucked. I'm hoping that this one will be better.

C&D = crash and die? I hope not. Not for GoldenEye. I could do without others, but a GoldenEye mod would be sweet, if not gimmicky.

Ah, that's true. Sucks, either way. I hate the fact that companies are so protective of their products. There'd be a lot of people interested in playing Goldeneye Source, I think. Heck, they could probably release it for sale at like $15 or something and people would buy it. There's a lot of people that would love a nostalgia trip on Goldeneye, I bet.

Well, if they do get a C&D, they could just rename any copyrighted material. Name the main character something like Moyle. David Moyle.
