Sorry, had to post that. It's his first Busch Series win and this guy is going to be the next big thing. To top it all off, he did his famous backflip, which he started in the Truck Series, off his Busch car

I'll post separately about being at the race. And no, we didn't see Edwards' backflip from where we were sitting.

We met some really nice "kids" from Auburn while tailgating at the race. I say kids because our's is probably older than they are. Big Rusty fan, and I was wearing the Rusty shirt elmono and vengeance gave me for Christmas. Along with a Johnson hat that changed over to Newman later on. If you are even remotely interested in racing, you really gotta go.

I found a place to get decked out with Carl Edwards gear... including a sticker for my car. Can't wait for McFarlane Toys to make a Carl Edwards figure. You know they will... (of course, they'll have the typical variants: one with Office Depot, the other with Scotts)

How about Reed Sorenson yesterday? I would have loved to see Kenny Wallace win, though. But Reed is a very nice guy, it seems. I guess for every whacko out there running into schools and shooting classmates, there are ten guys who are doing something decent with their lives.
