Chad Knaus (Jimmie Johnson's crew chief) and Alan Gustafson (Kyle Busch's crew chief) have been suspended for two races. Johnson and Busch have also lost 25 points, which means stupid head Kurt Busch is leading the points (what's with him and leading the points after penalties? Same thing happened last year with Junior's profanity penalty). Todd Berrier (Kevin Harvick's crew chief) has been suspended for four races. Harvick has been penalized 25 points as well.

Johnson's car was too low during post-race inspection. Busch's car was too high. And Harvick's crew chief was suspended because the fuel tank wasn't filled all the way for qualifying.

I don't think these 25 points will mean much to Johnson, however, since he'll definately be in the Chase and the points are reset anyway

Gustafson and Berrier were also fined $25K and Knaus $35K.

I think the Harvick thing was worse than the other incidents.  Jimmy Spencer and Kenny Wallace seemed to be a little "wink, wink" mood when asked if that happens a lot.  I believe Spencer said that we should remember that it's only a crime if you get caught and Harvick got caught.

With Brett the umps screwed up the call.  The homer, by rule, should have been allowed and the bat confiscated.  The other team (Skankees?) would have to protest the bat BEFORE the HR, not after.  Still made for some good comedy.  Ah, those were the days of a competent KC team.  Before King George's outrageous spending.  Yeah, he spent quite a bit back then, but now he's just insane.

lol, yeah, but it was a previously-known infraction that was called only when it was oppotune.  I wouldn't be surprised if there were some little birdies mentioning the fuel tank

Harvick's team was penalized the most. Don't forget, his fourth place qualifying time was also disallowed and he had to start 42nd
