New shows debuting in the spring (along with the return of Parks and Recreation) are The Cape, Friends With Benefits, Perfect Couples, Harry's Law, The Paul Reiser Show, and America's Next Great Restaurant

The CW's lineup (and, yes, Melrose Place was canceled)

Monday (* means new show)
8-9 - 90210
9-10 - Gossip Girl

Tuesday
8-9 - One Tree Hill
9-10 - Life Unexpected

Wednesday
8-9 - America's Next Top Model
9-10 - Hellcats*

Thursday (why they moved Supernatural from Thursday I will never know, considering the show before it was The Vampire Diaries...)
8-9 - The Vampire Diaries
9-10 - Nikita*

Friday
8-9 - Smallville
9-10 - Supernatural

And that's it, folks.
