Another year, another Oscar. This time with twice the Best Pictures. Like usual, bold is what I think is going to win and italics is what I would like to win.
Best Picture
- I seriously hope the Academy goes by what is actually a good movie and not what the fanboys like... that means no win for Avatar here hopefully

I agree with all your choices except for Best Actress. I don't think Gabourey Sidibe is going to win. If the Academy is going to honor a first time nominee, I think it's going to be Sandra Bullock (long shot because she's not known from her dramatic roles but she's been around for a while) or Casey Mulligan.

It could go either way, I think.
Also, I made my selection for Original Song. None of them particularly impressed me but I think The Weary Kind from Crazy Heart will get the little golden man.
