I don't know what mortifies me the most.  That Tarantino is going to direct this or that there's going to be a 26th installment of the series.

What would be awesome is if he could bring Kevin Bacon back.

ha.  He probably would go for Kevin Bacon.  I think that Tarantino would manage to make a cheap-looking, awesome retro horror flick.  You know he's probably going to use the same formula as in the past.  I hate horror movies, but love Tarantino movies; so odds are i'll probably actually enjoy it.

So he was denied one franchise (Bond) and just simply switched over to another franchise

I could not care less about some stupid Friday the 13th movie. I'm more looking forward to his directing job of the CSI episode. Considering that he wrote it, I'm thinking it's going to be very weird.  Smiley
