Repeated head trauma can cause brain damage

« on: Feb 28, 2005, 06:44 PM »

Something that someone on another forum I read posted regarding the possible backstory in Desperate Housewives. It's interesting.

Quote
Mary-Alice, aka Angela, and her husband stole Zack from the rehab center she worked at with Huber's sister 15 years ago when his mother was checked in for something. They thought they could raise the child in a much better environment than his mother. Dana is the girl Mike is looking for and the mother of Zack. It was her baby blanket she had her son wrapped in when she was admitted to the Rehab Center that Mary Alice worked at.

Dana came looking for Zack and was killed confronting Mary Alice and her husband and that is why the body in the chest is an adult female.

Mike is playing Susan like a violin... or so he thinks. It will come down to him having to make a choice between Susan and the job and he will obviously pick Susan.

If you think about it, that could make sense. Thoughts?

You know what is really sad.  As I was reading this, I was nodding my head that yes, it does make sense.  I think I need a life or something.

Not sad; it does make sense. Mike didn't arrive until Dana was apparently dead, if that theory is correct. The adult female body obviously wasn't Mary-Alice's. I forget the guy's name, but Zack's father... he's a devious SOB and all of the things he's done (killing Martha Huber, framing Mike) could have conceivably been done to cover his tracks.

I'm sure it's going to fly off the shelves when it does. If I'm not mistaken, it's the most-watched show on TV right now.

OK, with all the characters on that show, I'm missing who Dana is.  I thought Mary Alice was dead, and now Mrs Huber.  But, Dana was supposed to be dead?  Must be the beer, as there's something I'm not following.

Dana was the name found embroidered on a baby blanket that Mary Alice's husband used to wrap something from the garage sale for Susan.

His son told Susan's daughter that he had once had a baby sister and that he killed her somehow. I'm not sure how, but that's supposedly who Dana is. It seemed, at that time, that to protect the son from prosecution that the parents had put the baby in the trunk and then buried her.

Then the trunk was found and opened and there were human remains inside, but it wasn't the infant. It was an adult. Now it's all confused again and we don't know who's in the trunk and we still don't know where baby Dana is.

But you have to watch it! I know that everyone says it's a drama, but it's really not. It's so freaking funny and you would love the humor. It's totally  what would happen if you, me, and disnut lived on the same block. bcpassion is too quiet to be one of the DH women. hehehe. And my friend, Hollie, too. She'd totally fit in. Swear it, Chloe... I totally mean it that you would love it!

Of course, now we know that the ideas that started this thread are completely out the window for the most part. Of course now I want to know who Zack's real dad is.

Yeah, the theory's shot. It was a good theory, though.
