They did an article on Cowell's reaction to Aiken's announcement that he's gay and Cowell ended up breaking the heart of the writer. LMFAO!

From the Superficial:

Simon Cowell responded to Extra today about the obvious news that Clay Aiken is gay:

"Wow, that's a shock. It's like being told Santa Clause isn't real -- unbelievable."
Cowell then softened and encouraged Aiken with "Good for him. If he said it, it's the right thing for him. Good for him." As for how Aiken's fans will react, Cowell opined, "I don't think anyone cares. Let's face it. It's 2008. You know, who cares?"

Wait a minute. Santa Claus isn't real? There goes Christmas. Fuck you, Simon Cowell! And by the way, people do still care if you're gay. They're called Republicans, you fat Grinch. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to silently pray Paula Abdul stabs you with a whiskey bottle.

Yeah Europeans have been over gays since like the 1800s, since half their royalty dating back to the Romans have been gay, incestuous, etc haha.

The fact that this country started out as a religious haven doomed us to outdated and backwards traditions.

I'm voting for McCain and I could care less if anyone is gay.  And I personally know of at least two people who are devote Democrats who don't like gays.

I'm just upset that Aiken thought he couldn't admit it for so long.  The closet door needs to be taken completely off, in my opinion.

Both candidates suck on gay rights. Neither of them believe in gay marriage which makes me equally as pissed with both of them.

Or it might be a ploy to get those religious nuts who don't realize homosexuality has been a part of the human race for millennia to not be turned off from voting this election.

I do not believe that religon is ignorant just misguided.if you are sick of people who just don't get it. take the time to educate them. Don't you get sick of people who have insight on a subject never pass on there wisdome but complain that nobody understands the issue?

I would agree, Adam, but every time I try to educate someone in a kind way I get shut down pretty fast.

I was at a meeting not long ago and someone didn't know about a certain financial issue involving taxes and what not. I tried to tell them about the laws that govern the project being proposed and was interrupted and not listened to the entire time.

I love hearing new ideas, even if I don't agree with them, but it doesn't seem like anyone else is willing to give me the respect I give them when it comes to civil conversation. Sad

Yes Finally someone who is on my level of thinking , I always like to learn more about stuff that just makes no sence. I feel your fustration I'm a fire fighter and when I try to explain laws and regs to some people that think they know they just space out on me. I wonder where people learn to hide from truth or maybe there just scared.
good talking to you . write any issue any time I'll listen and even respond
