Although I really wouldn't call the people who got gas dishonest. Gas prices nowadays just kills so people look for any sorts of advantage.

That's not dishonest. People look for the best deal they can find. You can bet your ass if I could get gas for $.33/gallon, I'd be there.

How is that dishonest?  So the main store sign had the correct price.  Big deal. All that did was prevent non locals from pulling into the station.  If you are at Wal Mart and see something that you think is a good price and hold it up to the price check scanners and the price comes back lower and you buy it for the lower price - is that dishonest?  The posted price was different from the one in the system.

Funny thing is - if the main store sign said $3.3299 but the pumps had $4.3299, would the store have refunded everyone's money?  Hell no.  Buyer beware but only when it's in the store owner's favor.
