The fires could have an affect on Rich's company's business.  They have several plants in California that could need to be evacuated.  Plus, the hospitals that they serve have already evacuated people to other facilities.  Sports satdiums are being used to "house" the evacuees and at least one race track has also been used.  Hopefully, all the employees and hospital patients will get through everything OK.

I already heard about Qualcomm Stadium being used. Heck, use the Rose Bowl. That place is big.

I don't know why they choose the places they do for the evacuees.  The Rose Bowl is older than dirt though.  They might not think it's a safe place.  Who knows.  And they probably aren't picking places that will be needed for really important things - like sports.
