100 points, $100,000 in NASCAR? Forget that. How about $100 million and loss of all of its constructor points? (kind of like owners points)

Dang, I thought the fine Belichek got for spying for the Patriots was bad.  That was a paltry $500,000.  It was a personal fine so the team doesn't pay it - he does himself.  But $100 million?  Even the NFL has more balls than NASCAR.

I think in one of the articles I read about it, the fine will be $100 million less the money they'd have earned as a result of competing for the constructor's championship. Or something. I'm not sure the fine will actually be $100 million out of pocket for McLaren.
