Had me worried there for most of the second half... not good.

I watched the first half of the game at work tonight. I would have thought they would have scored more in the second half based on their first half performance...

It was a completely different second half. It's like the teams changed uniforms in the locker room at halftime. We just managed to hold on.

WE actually watched the damn game.  In the second half, I hoped Super wasn't anywhere near a pair of scissors or that nice blanket was going to be in shreds.

I was at my friend's house. The blanket was tucked away safely in my linen closet 20 miles away, haha. The mood in my friend's living room definitely changed between halves, though. We were laughing and carrying on and commenting on how JD's touchdown run was like something out of a videogame with the moves he made the first half but were far more somber and analytical the second half, hoping that special teams miscues wouldn't rear their ugly heads and that the defense would hold and the offense could score a bit more.

All in all, though, I think there are some good things to take away from it and I'm glad we're 1-0. FSU's a tough way to start the season. I think we caught them at a good time, they should be pretty good this year.
