From IMDb: Paris Hilton is devastated with a Los Angeles judge's decision to sentence her to 45 days behind bars - insisting she "doesn't deserve this." The hotel heiress will serve just under seven weeks in a California jail cell, after she was found guilty for violating a probation order and driving with a suspended license in February. The 26-year-old fought back tears as the sentence was handed down to her at Los Angeles County Superior Court by Judge Michael T. Sauer on Friday, but by Saturday afternoon she was back in Beverly Hills, Hollywood, to apparently drown her sorrows with a bout of retail therapy. Earlier that morning, Paris bemoaned her fate to waiting paparazzi outside her LA home, according to the New York Daily News. She said, "I told the truth yesterday. I feel that I was treated unfairly and that the sentence is both cruel and unwanted and I don't deserve this." Hilton is due to begin her prison stint at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Los Angeles County on June 5.
DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What the heck is going on through this moron's head? She thinks because she told the truth she doesn't deserve to go to jail? That's called a guilty plea, you moron! You were on probation! Probation violators get jail! YOU ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW YOU STUPID WHORE!!! And I think you were friggin treated fairly enough. If I had been the judge, I would have sentence you to life for stupidity!
I can't wait until she becomes someone's bitch.

More stupidity, from IMDb again: Paris Hilton is calling on her fans to help her stay out of jail - by endorsing an online petition they can sign. The desperate socialite, who was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail last week after violating terms of her 2006 drink-driving arrest, has teamed up with a pal called Joshua to urge fans to help her. In a post on her MySpace blog, Hilton, who is also asking California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to pardon her, writes, "My friend Joshua started this petition. Please help and sign it. I love you all!" The petition, which is addressed to Schwarzenegger, claims "the American public who support Paris are shocked, dismayed and appalled by how Paris has been the person to be used as an example that drunk driving is wrong. She provides hope for young people all over the US and the world. She provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives. If the late former President Gerald Ford could find it in his heart to pardon the late former President Richard Nixon after his mistake(s), we undeniably support Paris Hilton being pardoned for her honest mistake as well." Hilton is due to start serving time by June 5 if her appeal fails, after being sentenced at a hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.

Comparing Ford pardoning Nixon to Paris Hilton getting a pardon is way beyond stupid. Ford and Nixon were in the world of politics and our country just had the first president ever to resign. That pardon was more to get moving along than anything else. I don't even think Nixon was on the plane out of DC by the time the ink dried on the pardon. Paris Hilton doesn't even have a freaking job for christsake. What thehell does she list as her occupation? Oh, that's right, I forgot. She has people who do that for her.

Where's the counter-petition? I say we put one together that says 45 days isn't enough.

Here's some damage control from the stupid whore:
Socialite Paris Hilton has hit back at criticism she is refusing to take responsibility for driving with a suspended license, insisting she is "ready to face the consequences." The 26-year-old is set to spend 45 days in a California correctional facility after she was found guilty in court last Friday of violating terms of her 2006 drink-driving arrest. At the hearing, Hilton claimed her long-term representative Elliot Mintz had repeatedly informed her that her license had been suspended for only 30 days and that she could still drive for work-related matters. But Hilton, who is in the process of appealing her jail sentence, wants to make clear she realizes how serious driving under the influence is. She says: "After reading the media's coverage of my court hearing, I feel the need to correct what I believe are misperceptions about me. I absolutely realize how serious driving under the influence is. I could not live with myself if anyone was injured or killed while I was driving while impaired. Clearly, no one should - no matter how slightly. I am ready to face the consequences of violating probation. No one is above the law. I surely am not. I do not expect to be treated better than anyone else who violated probation. However, my hope is that I will not be treated worse."

She's not being treated worse. She's being treated like Jane Smith would be treated. Her problem is that all the other celebrities before her have had special treatment and she's not getting it. And it's about f***ing time someone put a stop to all that nonsense. Being able to buy your way into a less severe correctional facility is just plain wrong.
So maybe she has finally realized about drinking and driving. But it's still going to be a very bad example to continue the club hopping. Maybe she won't be driving but young women figure if Paris can do it, so can they. But they won't have "people" to drive them around and attend to their every need. This party girl attitude of today has got to go.

Socialite Paris Hilton is so "emotionally distraught and traumatized" since being sentenced to 45 days in jail, she cannot attend a civil trial which was set to start next Monday. Psychiatrist Dr. Charles Sophy has filed a legal declaration in which he claims Hilton is "not capable of any meaningful participation" in the civil case brought against her by diamond heiress Zeta Graff. Graff has launched her $10 million suit against Hilton because of the "vicious lies" the hotel heiress spread about her that ended up being printed in the New York Post newspaper. But Sophy writes that Hilton's state of mind after being found guilty of violating her probation by driving with a suspended license means she "cannot effectively respond to examination as a witness or provide any significant input into her defense." The judge has postponed the trial until August 22, reports website Tmz.com.

I think I liked the Roman's idea of the judicial system. You get put in jail till your trial which was shortly there after, then you where either set free, beaten or whipped, or crucified. And all of that is within a 24 hour period.
Then here we go postponing the trial and softening the punishment. Just put the witch in jail now and don't let her out till next freaking Christmas! She will get over it and will be less likely to do it again. "But she is a celebrity!" whoopdie freaking do! All the more reason to put her in jail!

There's the next season of 24: Jack Bauer travels back in time to the Roman era where he has 24 hours to find evidence that Maximus is innocent. Along the way he tortures tons of people and has to fight a lion. Kim makes a cameo appearance as one of the people thrown to the lions and is chased by one.
