One of our cats died today, peacefully in her sleep. She was 11.

God bless the kitty.  Happy to hear she didn't suffer.

Tamara was such a great cat.  She definitely will be missed.  She's over the Rainbow Bridge and having fun with the other cats that have touched our lives.

Odd thing. Since she died I have not referred to her by name unless someone asked me outright what her name was, but I keep calling her 'the cat'.

Thanks, Elmono.  Tamara is very much missed!  She had one gold eye and one blue eye.  I go thru my times of tears.  We have 4 other cats, too.  One is older than Tamara...the others are younger and they all are fine.  And thanks everyone else for your condolences, too.
