Not sure if anybody was ever into this game, but....

To promote Railroad Tycoon 2 or 3 or whatever number they're on, 2KGames has posted the original Sid Meier's Railroad Tycoon for FREE on their website.

I know y'all are thinking that thing ran on 486 Packard Bell back in the day, it wouldnt run right on my fancy new end system... Well, its packed in with DOSBox so it'll slow down and run right in either a windowed or full screen version.

Nice to see some legitimate free stuff from folks every once in a while.

I remember that gorram game wouldn't work back in the day when it was new. I wasn't a happy camper.

I guess technically, it may be classified as abandonware at this point. Still nice to see companies release products for free once they're not being sold, even if it is a publicity stunt.

Take my love, take my land, take me where I cannot stand. I don't care, I'm still free, you can't take the sky from me.
