Kiefer needs a break at some point. Plus Jack Bauer took the time to take a leak and grab a bite to eat... an unfinished sandwich left by one of the Russian guards. As for the leak, you really think he sat there looking at that Russian chick the entire time? The Russians will find a stinky puddle in the corner with Jack laughing all the way to CTU.
