There's a near frame-by-frame sequence of screenshots I think in the TVIV thread and it clearly shows that she did not eject. I think she's dead.
Whether she's one of the final five... well, that will definitely be interesting.

Things kind of do lead to her being one of the five. Leoben's attraction to her, him getting into her head like that, her seeing the Eye of Jupiter everywhere, no one can really confirm her past outside broken bones from childhood which could have been manufactured that way by the Cylons. Lee didn't meet Starbuck until Fleet, correct?

Probably not. I can't remember. She very well could be one of the final five at this point.
Imagine how fucking awesome of a cold open it would be for the next episode to be Starbuck's resurrection on the resurrection ship. That would be the best "Holy shit" moment ever.
