That's exactly what I thought. "Best episode in a while but where's some combat?" For a while there at the beginning of the season, it was an effects bonanza which made it look like they had an unlimited effects budget but for the last month or so, it's looking like they've used it all up and have to do character-driven stories all on their sets.

But like I said before, you know something very major is going to be happening soon. Of course, these past few weeks probably aren't helping with the ratings. BSG is in trouble enough as far as that's concerned.

Yeah, there's definitely something afoot. There has to be. But no doubt, these last few episodes - perhaps Dirty Hands excluded - did nothing at all to help the ratings. I know they were planned out and filmed months ago before the ratings started to dive, but they couldn't have come at a worse time.
