HI, i have got a hell lot of maps but ive just got a question. If you put the maps in to lots of diffrent folders (but till under Pball\maps) sayin like A, B, C , can Pball still fined them?       \     /

It can still read them, only you would need to make/modify lots of menus. It will also only create issues on you side. Instead, go here:

if your structure is:
Code:
-maps
 map1lol.bsp
 map2lol.bsp
 -beta
  lolmap_b1.bsp
 -hax
  omfghax.bsp
then you would do 'map map1lol' to get to map1lol.bsp, of course. 'map beta/lolmap_b1' to get to lolmap_b1, etc.

However, if you join a server, your client-side copy of the map will have to be in the same place as the server's.

I've thought about changing that.  For example, make it so you could create a subdirectory called jumpmapsthatreallydontbelonginpball and put all your jump maps in there so they don't clutter up the directory for maps that are actually made for paintball.  Then when you connect to a server, it would check for the map in that subdirectory if it couldn't find it in the maps directory.
