Ive just downloaded Bsp, but how do i make:

Water
Puddles Of paint
Crates
Barrels
Ladders
Doorways
Little Crates
Ramps
Holes in the ground (for like a ladder)

"|00k N0\/\/!"And a new addition:"|00K N0\/\/!"
FLAGS
DOORWAYS
ROUNDED PLATFORMS FOR FLAGS TO GO ON
THOSE THINGS ON BOMBSAWAY WHERE WHEN YOU JUMP ON THEM THEY SHOOT YOU OFF THEM

And Now A Question:
"If Im Making A Texture, How big Should it Be?"
"If Im Making A room, How thick should a wall be?"

If you can answer anythink Please post. Thanks V

For water, select the brush you want and press s, tick the box called water.
Make sure you put it in something though!
For puddles of paint, i think you do the same but click lava instead.
Crates are just square brushes with the crate textures.
For barrels, make a 64x64x64 brush, click make-> n-sided brush, say 8 sides with a radius of 12.
For ladders, make a brush you want to be the ladder, select it and press s, tick the box "ladder".
For doorways and hole in the ground I make a brush, put it where i want the door to be and subtract, I'm not sure if that is the right thing to do though.
For little crates you make a small brush, and apply crate textures (scale them half for a half sized brush) can't remember which button for that,
Ramps, make a brush then grab the yellow circles at the end and drag then till you have your ramp.
I don't know about textures but it doesn't matter how big your floor is.

That's actually not how you should do it. You should make the ladder, then put a thin clip brush in front of it, and check 'Ladder' on THAT.
And never use subtract. Evereverever. It may seem useful, but it just causes problems. Use clipping, it gives you much more control, and doesn't create leaks/crazy brushes.

And Now A Question:

The texture should look good, retain it's original size ratio, and not be so small it creates huge r_speeds.
A wall should be as thick as you want, but it should be a grid size. Usually 16 or 32.

1. first, make the brush you want to be the door.
2. make it into a func_door entity
3. Set the angle. The little arrow shows the direction it will open.

Couldn't a doorway be defined as a hole in a wall?
... you and your fancy doors ...

Um, read a basic quake2 mapping tutorial. You can find them everywhere.
Really, it gets annoying when everyone who hasn't mapped before asks how to make a ladder and a barrel, and teams. There WAS a sticky...

There still is: http://forums.planetsuper.com/index.php?topic=1888.0

As for wall size, you should probably use a grid size of 32.  Keep everything aligned on the grid.  It will save you headaches later on.
