I'm not sure if it's just me or not, but I've been having a tough time getting a good connection to the server and as a result, my speeds to the site have been sucking for the past 3 days. I emailed tech support regarding the issue and they insist that there is no problem on their end and there's nothing they can do about it, so we'll see what happens.
Just an FYI in case you guys are having trouble getting to the site...

Cool, because it's been VERY slow on this end for a couple of days at least.
And since this just failed to go through, I'll add that I constantly get cannot find server pages after waiting forever for it to hook up.

I've seen it jump around a few times myself. Hopefully the speed is here to stay. I've not gotten an email yet regarding the service ticket I opened earlier this afternoon, so we'll see. If it's slow for people other than me, there's defiintely something somewhere that needs to be fixed.

I just got an email from tech support. They said they are looking into the issue. The site has been its normal speeds for a few minutes now - maybe they figured out what's going on. I sure hope so.

They must have resolved whatever issue there was, even though I never got another email detailing the steps taken to fix the problem. But the site sure is faster now than it has been in 2 days. I just hope it stays that way.

Well I don't know what the deal is. It's off and on for speed during the day even though it's mostly fast at night. I swear, if this keeps up for another few days, I'm going to start shopping for a new host.

I don't think I've got much of a choice. I don't see how it can not be a problem at the datacenter. My connection is fine - all other sites work at their normal speed with no problems. Both the sites hosted on my account are slow and nonresponsive. And not just to me. The site is slow in SC, NC, and OH. There's no way this is a local issue, nor is it a Time Warner issue since Buckeye Express isn't Time Warner... is it?

Heh, good to know that it was fast for everyone last night, at least. Something went haywire with our internet about 8:45 last night and we just now got it back working.
