For some reason my IRC hasn't been working lately, I personally have tried everything I could think of to fix it (which might not be that much because I am not great with computers). I was having internet trouble, where I couldn't play Paintball in Public servers because my internet didn't work, but for some reason my IRC still worked. Now I have fixed the internet problem but now my IRC doesn't work, I am completely stumped and need help.

I don't know, I just says attempting to connect to IRC at Buckwild, then it says Connection failed, ERROR 0. Thats all it says. But I don't have the regular mIRC, I have it through trillian 3.0, which has IRC AOL MSN YAHOO IRQ. If anyone is experienced with IRC and can help please do.

I did reinstall it and that did nothing.
Smokey you are so smart, that worked, I went onto enterthegame and was able to transfer.

No for some reason I can't directly connect to gg-center, but I can after I have entered enterthegame. The exact error code was ERROR 0, that is all it said.

New error code, Error while connecting (Error Code: 11004).
But I don't know what that means. Bitmate can you help, or anyone else?

try this
close irc
open up a dos box
type the following:
ipconfig /flushdns
close the dos box
open irc and try to connect again

On mIRC If 11004 error occurs, either your DNS ip address is wrong or you entered an invalid server name, enter a valid server name.

I know I did that already, but it only worked that one time, no it isn't working again. But I will keep trying that. And Casso I have already reset my DNS ip, like how Knack suggested, so that should be okay. |

Type /dns irc.gg-center.net and see if it even resolves. Also, try /server 64.62.148.93

You're not allowed to use any special characters in your name, like "-" at the beginning. Changing your name to some plain characters will fix the problem, mybe  |
