Is there a way for a server admin to deop everyone? Something like "deopall"?

Why would you want to deop someone if he has a valid login to your server?
I'd suggest if you dont want a specific person to be opped, delete/chane his login.
Please be more precise for a better solution.

Ok, I'm not always in my server, so I have a simple password that other people know so they can add/remove bots and change the map. However, when I come back, I don't want them to have those permissions.

I think the easiest way do that is to have two server config files.
One has just your loign which only you know (e.g. IAMINMYSERV.cfg)
Then, if you have to leave, load the second server confing (e.g. IAMAWAY.cfg) which has your password + the password that you gave to some people.
If you come back change it to the first again.
Sounds complicated but i don't think theres is another way to do it.
EDIT: You also could just ask them to "deopself" themselves. If they wont do it they porbably dont deserve to have the right to have your login.

I've tried the two config thing. It works, it changes the password, but they keep their op level. I need a way to somehow 'refresh' their login so they are denied with their password. And I dont think there is a way to change the file it looks at for the level you have to be to use a command. It points to "commands.txt", and I haven't seen any setting to change that.

The only option i can think of is ask them to reconnect or kick them.
