How can i speed up the download rate for maps and textures?

by downloading the maps from:

http://maps.ch1ll.com/
http://dplogin.com/files/maps/
or
http://69.93.11.66/~dpaintball/Files/megamaps.zip

The textures are a different story. I'm putting the ones I have (~80 Meg uncompressed) in a .rar archive in plans of uploading it. If I get it uploaded I'll let you know.
