The ban was added on the 1st. I'm wondering if the global ban list has gotten too long. Perhaps things at the end of the list are getting cut off...

lol, oops, yeah, the buffer wasn't large enough. I'll fix that for the next version. In the meantime, I've deleted some old bans that were almost expired and some dynamic ip's that were cluttering the list up.
