With the recent craze for jump maps, I decided I'd try and throw one together. It's actually pretty hard because you don't really know whats a doable jump and whats not. I've had to test several times. I don't have much done, but here is the basic look and feel.   There is another jump in the map but I didn't show it cause it's not measured right. I thought the glass roof looked KewLZoRz. If anyone has ANY ideas for jumps, let me know. It is hard to think of stuff. ThxxxXxx

Ha, I'm pretty sure i started up that craze XD
but the map looks like fun
i think one big plus for a jump map to have is like a teleporter to next levels that get successively harder

your not going to care but a you have 4 boxes, 1 little one to get you started, then 3 big ones going up. this makes it so you have to "triple" jump up.

Added two new jumps, basic double jumps, but they are pretty far jumps. I always thought long high double jumps were cool, so yea.  Going to throw in an ice jump that I have an idea for, also throwing in some ladder jumps and strafe jumps.

Make sure you do your testing with r_reflectivewater 1 -- too much water might make it unplayable, especially if it's at different levels.

I was making one too, but mine is just for me to get used to BSP. Yours is a hellofa lot nicer than mine though. lol

Well, I tried it with r_reflectivewater 1 on. It really kills my fps rate, but I have a terrible computer and terrible video card. I suggest just using normal water, although I think thats all the puddle jumps I'm going to do.

and magal, all those jump maps are most likely q2 jumps and not dp ones. so i think itwould be worth it to make actual dp jump maps
