Blowout by Bears over New Orleans to advance. Very very good game between the Colts and Patriots with the Colts advancing.

I'm going for the Colts

That was a nice finish for the Colts against the Patriots.  I'm gonna take the underdog just for shits and giggles.

Bears FTW!

I'm torn.  In fantasy football playoffs, I have Manning and Harrison.  But I can't improve my position there anyway so no big deal.  As much as I like his commercials, a Colt win would be even more Manning on my TV and it seems he's there all the time now.  Pulling for the da Bears but the Colts will win.  I don't think any team I've ever rooted for in the Super Bowl has actually won the damn thing.

I'm always an impartial observer for the Super Bowl, seems like. This year is not really any different. I might go for the Colts, though, because I love Peyton's commercials and he kinda looks like my dad. Real great reasons to root for a team, eh?

I've only seen one Peyton Manning commercial unless I haven't been paying much attention. That commercial being the DirecTV one

You've not seen the ones where he's cheering on the everyman asking for autographs and stuff? That one is hilarious. The Sportscenter one where he and Eli - and I think Archie, too - are walking through the hallways of ESPN and he and Eli are pushing each other is comical, too.

Never seen the first one and I don't watch ESPN often enough for the second. Although that will change this year with ESPN getting NASCAR coverage

I think this is going to be the first time I'm rooting for the favorites to win the Super Bowl. I usually go for the underdogs, like the Seahawks last year.

elmono knows I'm a Peyton Manning fan. Have been since his college days.

I about cried when Colts got that interception and I'll be crying if they win the Superbowl.

Hmmm, doesn't this look similar to a certain Ohio State game?

And he's making Proud Mary sound great compared to John Fogerty's - of all people - horrible rendition during one of the Thanksgiving day games.

I almost kind of think the show is made better by the rain, actually.

I have to admit, that was one of the best half time shows I've seen in years

Seems like it's rare when a performer actually plays an instrument these days.

My guess is that it was just a TV effect and there wasn't anything there in the stadium.
