I really like this game although its in open beta. Kind of a cross between bf2 and the gameplay style of counter strike. Its good for those too cheap to buy or have a computer that can run bf2. www.warrock.net

Was this the game that you and Drew were playing last weekend, Jitspoe? I think I've heard of it before but never checked it out. I'm downloading it now; that screenshot looks pretty sweet.

I tried it out last night and the server browser was giving me trouble the first time. I couldn't join a server. When I tried it again later, it worked and played pretty decently. I didn't mess with it that long but I couldn't figure out how to make the right mouse button jump. I was using G and that just doesn't work for me.

Note this game has seen alot of bugs especially with just getting the game to work. I would check out the help section on the forums since quite a few problems have been fixed there. Also some have had problems with running it on vista.

It seems like it could be entertaining, so I may have to do that and see what I can come up with.

Yeah, in the little bit I played, my biggest beef was with not seeing a way to jump with the right mouse button. The game itself seemed like it'd be pretty fun to play if you had a good number of people. I guess I was confused by the server browser - once it worked - because I thought I was joining a server that was had 1 of 16 spots available but when I got in, it was like 2v2 or 2v3.

Actually I think it means 1 person is on the server that can hold 16 people.

Oh. Well. Hmmm. I think it was 15/16, which I guess could be worked the same way, as 15 of 16 spots available. That's kind of backwards to me, though.

That's how all server browsers and such work, as far as I know. You're the backwards one. Cheesy

BF2 doesn't. Heck, even paintball doesn't. They show 15/16, that's 15 slots filled out of a possible 16, not 15 open slots out of an available 16.

Oh. I must have misread, I thought you said that's how you thought it would work, the 15/16 being 15 empty.
