Yay! You're so silly. I love the username. And yeah, there are three of us. We all talk with a different accent, too. It's a bit odd. I'm dying to get the third one on here now as Vengeancex3. LOL And mom is on this forum once in awhile so this column should embarrass her enough. LOL Yes, this is a weekly article on Wednesday aka Hump Day. hehehe. And I've been published a few times now. Another reason I don't like avatars: they cause topic derailments.
Well since I haven't had SEX in so long, I can't offer a fair opinion other than... In this day and age "THE TALK" is way overated. Being a single father of 3, I've learned to approach everything with an open mind... Maybe a little too open. Of the many issues I've talked about with my children, SEX was the one THEY didn't wish to talk about... Of course I gave the speel about safe sex, wearing condoms, what happens if you don't, MORALS and even trying other things rather than going through the full act ect... The kids are NO MORE comfortable talking about it than the parents are and a great many will laugh at you and tell you, "We already know!" They have that wonderful class early in Jr. High school as well that teachs a few things about SEX but the rest they pick up through all the crap they hear from their peers in school, TV and the real world. I'll just have to hope I did it right... As to the avatars you don't have to wear your underwear so tight that everything has to be so "by the book" and boring. Avatars are like a character badge and an innocent compliment or comment about someone's avatar doesn't hurt a soul. Funny you have an avatar yourself... Looks like a One-Eyed One-Horned Flying Purple People Eater but that's ok. When you're sitting with your family at the table talking about SEX and partway through the discussion ole dad says to mom, "Honey, that's a beautiful dress you have on..." Do you look over to your dad and say ummm DAD!!.. Do ya mind!!?? We're talking about SEX? Oh and jitspoe I forgot to inform you that this was the first derailment, NOT my comment about her avatar: Vengeance has a twin?

Vengeance hasn't posted the link and I don't really know how to (no, I don't know how to operate a DVD player either and I barely get the VCR tapings done) but her second article is out. www.bgnews.com and type in her name. Or maybe her loving husband can post the direct link for his PC challenged mother. I might be biased but I think this article should be read by every high school student. This subject was covered very honestly, openly, and in a way young adults can relate to. You can be the best parent in the world but this article should be required reading. Not so sure about the upcoming ones. Been told that references to a certain person I gave birth to will be mentioned. |

Rolando, I always take pride in the things you say most. Probably because I know you know I don't know where you live. LOL.
That being said, my article tomorrow will be about Sex in Public. I'll have to share what happened when I tried to get a quote from someone, but it's embarrassing.
Anyway, I'll be on the radio this coming Sunday and there should be a way for you to listen to it online. It's 88.1 WBGU FM and I'll be there Sunday from 10 p.m. until midnight. Wish me luck!

I know you can listen to them on myspace. I think you can get to their page whether you have an acct or not. And it asks me to run quicktime and Active X and I just say no or x out and it still plays so I don't know why it asks me anyway.
