I saw in some servers the option of seeing the name of the player that ur aiming to.
Could please someone tell me how can i activate that option on my server?

The command is called ID.  The newer server builds turn it on automatically or you can just type the word ID in your console.

You used to be able to see the name instantly but there is now about a 1+or- second delay before the player's names show up.

Teammate names should show up instantly.  You have to hold your crosshair over an enemy for 1/5th of a second for them to show up (to prevent quick identification through smoke and other visual barriers).

"id" is a player command that should work on all servers.  The new servers (which haven't officially been finished/released yet) have it enabled by default.
