How come I can't load my new .bsp?
Is there a way to load it?

i took the liberty to put that in the wiki so you dont have to find it each time someone asks about it. the page title is "installing and starting bsp".
there was a guide on the wiki about bsp, but it is very short. dont worry i left it alone.
