Ok, what are the odds of this?  Just yesterday, I was checking my email and came across some APC survey.  I figured "what the heck" and filled it out.  I've had pretty good luck with them, so long as I don't overload them.

Today, I come into work and my battery backup is going haywire.  Switches between power and battery like every 10 seconds.

*bzzzzt*click*BEEEP*

*Bzzzzzt*click*BEEEP*

It's driving me nuts.

Found out it's not just mine -- power must be really unstable around here today for whatever reason.

It seems today has been the king of coincidences.  I come back in from my lunch break,

Me: "Still doing that, huh?"
Boss: "It's welcoming you back.  It's like my cell phone last night, man.  The stupid battery on it..."
*beep*beep*  *beep*beep* from my pocket.  Low battery.

For some reason, the first thing I thought of was an armored personnel carrier with a battery-powered backup in case they ran out of gas or something. Stupid Battlefield 2
