If the glass (probably be better if it were plastic) is bulletproof and heavily reinforced, then go right ahead. Otherwise I'm not stepping on it

Strange. Surprised that they'd do something like that at the Grand Canyon, though. Adding something like that to a place like the Grand Canyon is usually the sort of thing that gets people up in arms.

There is no way in hell I'm even going on it.  I can't even think about it.  Been to the Grand Canyon and my legs were like water five feet from the edge.  I'd probably puke if I was there and even saw people out there.

While it would be cool to walk over the grand canyon, I think the walkway would detract from the overall scenery a lot.  I've never actually been there, though, so I don't know.
