Uh, okay... I hope Apple loses because I have no idea how consumers can confuse Profit Pod with iPod... especially since Profit Pod has nothing to do with music and isn't even a consumer product, it's for arcade owners. Morons.

I'm sorry, Mr. jitspoe, but we at Nabisco must insist you either stop production of your v-chip or discontinue the use of the name "v-chip." We fear consumers may confuse your v-chip with our product Chips Ahoy! due to the use of the word "chip" in both products. Since your product is small and thin with black speckles just like our product, consumers may find your v-chip more delicious than our Chips Ahoy!. Thank you for your time.
