Google Maps has apparently removed the island of Malta from their maps, taking you to the location where it should be but replacing it with a huge body of water. Additionally Google Earth has apparently placed the city underwater. Although now that I think about it, I pretty much never question where Google Maps tells me to go. If they ask me to drive off the road through a windy forest and then launch my car into the ocean I'd probably wind up underwater and wonder when the next left is.

In a recent survey, 10 out of 10 Americans didn't know Malta existed in the first place.
