He won't win. He's a private citizen so he only has to prove neglect to win a defamation suit. He can't do that because Michael Jordan was not neglectful for being alive.

It's a dumb suit and he's going to be thrown out of court with the judge laughing.

$832 million?!  Good grief.  And here I am trying to decide if it's worth it to ask the insurance company for lost wages in the amount of less than $300.  And I'd never mistake that guy for Michael Jordan.  Doesn't even look like him.

Retard. He does bear a little bit of a resemblance to MJ but no more than just a little bit. I suppose I can see how someone might mistake him for Jordan at a glance but like the article says, he's half a foot shorter than Jordan and he doesn't look that much like him. Anyone who pays even half a bit of attention to sports wouldn't confuse this guy with Jordan. Similar, sure. Similar enough to sue? No friggin' way (as if that was even a reason to sue in the first place).
